STMicroelectronics M95M04 4-Mbit serial EEPROMs

STMicroelectronics M95M04 4-Mbit serial EEPROMs are organized as 524288 x 8 bits and are accessed through the SPI bus. These EEPROMs provide a supply voltage range from 1.8V to 5.5V and guarantee over -40°C to +85°C operating temperature range. STMicroelectronics M95M04 4-Mbit serial EEPROMs offer 512-bytes of identification page and it can be used to store sensitive application parameters that can be permanently locked in read-only mode.
