Würth Elektronik WE-SL Common Mode Line Chokes
Würth Elektronik WE-SL Common Mode Line Chokes are ideal for data lines, power supply systems, USBs, and suppression of common mode noise. The WE-SL series features a two or four winding configuration with high currents up to 2.7A, while the WE-SLM series has ring core technology that results in higher impedances and attenuations. WE-SL1 and WE-SL3 chokes have a low profile, the WE-SL1 has a rated current up to 300mA and the WE-SL3 series offers a trifilar winding style.
WE-SL2 common mode chokes offer a wide range of 10µH to 20mH ratings with different winding options: bifilar, which is better for signal lines and sectional windings used in power supplies. These are a 2-in-1 component (common mode and differential mode choke). The WE-SL5 series from Würth Elektronik provides higher currents and up to 2.5A high inductances, while the WE-SL5 HC has a low profile of only 5.3mm and currents up to 5A.
