Trenz Electronic TE0720-04-62I33MA System-on-Chip (SoC) Module

Trenz Electronic TE0720-04-62I33MA System-on-Chip (SoC) Module is an industrial-grade module that integrates an AMD/Xilinx Zynq™ 7020-2I SoC, 8 GByte eMMC, and 1GByte DDR3 SDRAM. This module features an Arm® dual-core Cortex®-A9 MPCore, a Gigabit Ethernet transceiver, and 32MByte QSPI Flash memory for configuration and operation. Rugged high-speed stacking strips provide a large number of configurable I/Os. The TE0720-04-62I33MA SoC module offers a 10/100/1000 tri-speed Gigabit Ethernet transceiver (PHY) and SGMII accessible on a board-to-board connector. This module is fully mechanically and largely electrically compatible with a 4cm x 5cm form factor. The TE0720-04-62I33MA SoC module operates in an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
