onsemi NCV51752 Evaluation Boards

onsemi NCV51752 Evaluation Boards are designed to showcase the performance of the NCV51752 family of isolated single-channel gate drivers. These onsemi drivers provide 4.5A of source and 9A of sink peak current, making them ideal for fast-switching applications with power MOSFETs and SiC MOSFETs. The NCV51752 features short and matched propagation delays for enhanced performance. Additionally, the device offers improved reliability, dV/dt immunity, and the ability to generate a negative bias rail for even faster turn-off.
