onsemi NCP-NCV51563 Evaluation Board is an evaluation board for the NCP51563 5kVRMS Isolated Dual-Channel 4.5/9A Gate Driver. The board has an NCP51563 and 2 SiC MOSFETs in the standard D2PAK-7L package. The NCP51563 has isolated dual-channel gate drivers with 4.5A/9A source and sink peak current respectively. The drivers are designed for fast switching to drive power MOSFETs, and SiC MOSFET power switches.
