Nexperia MLPAK33 MOSFETs
Nexperia MLPAK33 MOSFETs offer a 20V maximum gate-source voltage and up to 275mΩ drain-source on-state resistance. These MOSFETs come in an MLPAK33 package and are broken down into two series: PXN and PXP. The PXN N-Channel Trench MOSFETs are logic-level compatible and feature trench MOSFET technology, ultra-low QG and QGD for high system efficiency, and superfast switching with soft-recovery. The PXP P-Channel Trench MOSFETs offer a low 0.8mm profile and low thermal resistance. Nexperia MLPAK33 MOSFETs have an ambient temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
