Nexperia LSF0108 Bidirectional Level Translators
Nexperia LSF0108 Bidirectional Multi-Voltage Level Translators set up different voltage translation levels on each of the device's eight channels. Translation levels allow the devices to be flexible, making them ideal for Telecom infrastructure, industrial and personal computing, and automotive applications. The AEC-Q100-qualified devices support up to 100MHz up translation and ≥100MHz down translation at ≤30pF capacitive load. LSF0108x Bidirectional Multi-Voltage Level Translators support 5V tolerant I/O pins for compatibility with Transistor-Transistor Logic levels in various open-drain and push-pull applications. The Nexperia LSF0108 Bidirectional Level Translators are offered in compact DHVQFN-20 and TSSOP-20 packages, ideal for space-constrained applications.
