YAGEO AS Automotive-Grade MLCCs
YAGEO AS Automotive-Grade Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) feature flexible lead-free terminations and are ideal for automotive equipment. These AEC-Q200-qualified capacitors consist of a rectangular block of ceramic dielectric in which a number of interleaved metal electrodes are contained. This structure provides a high capacitance per unit volume. YAGEO AS Series X7R Automotive Grade MLCCs feature rated voltages from 25VDC to 1kVDC and capacitance values from 1000pF to 4.7μF. The series is suitable for all general-purpose, entertainment, comfort/security, and information applications.
