Vishay Semiconductors VxT1080, VxT2080, and VxT3080 80V TMBS Trench MOS Schotty Rectifiers feature a wide range of current ratings from 10A to 30A. These Vishay Semiconductors 80V and 100V Trench MOS Barrier Schottky Rectifiers have extremely low forward voltage drops and superior avalanche capability, allowing them to reduce power loss and improve efficiency in freewheeling diodes and AC-to-DC and DC-to-DC converters in switch-mode power supplies (SMPS) and other devices.
