Vishay Semiconductors VCAN36C2-03G BiSy Dual-Line ESD Protection Diodes offer 2-line ESD protection for CAN FD and FLEX-bus applications. The VCAN36C2-03G features an operating range of ±36V, <0.05μA low leakage current, and low load capacitance of < 4.6pF at VR = 5V. The Vishay VCAN36C2-03G BiSy Dual-Line ESD Protection Diodes are available in a small SOT-323 package.
