Vishay Semiconductors VCAN33C2-03G BiSy Dual-Line ESD Protection Diodes offer ±33V, two-line ESD protection in a small SOT-323 package. The VCAN33C2-03G features a low load capacitance and leakage current with AEC-Q101 qualification. The Vishay VCAN33C2-03G ESD Protection Diodes are ideal for CAN FD and FLEX-bus applications.
