Vishay Semiconductors TA6FxxCA PAR® Transient Voltage Suppressors

Vishay Semiconductors TA6FxxCA PAR® Transient Voltage Suppressors are bidirectional and have a 600W peak pulse power capability with a 10/1000μs waveform. The devices come in a very low-profile package with a typical height of 0.95mm. These voltage suppressors have a TJ = 185°C capability and are suitable for high reliability and automotive requirements. The Vishay Semiconductors TA6FxxCA PAR® Transient Voltage Suppressors are junction passivation optimized design passivated with anisotropic rectifier technology and have an excellent clamping capability.
