Vishay Semiconductors SS20KH170 Schottky Barrier Rectifiers

Vishay Semiconductors SS20KH170 Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are high-density surface-mount rectifiers with an ultra-low instantaneous forward voltage of 0.6V at IF = 5A. These rectifiers operate at high efficiency with a low forward voltage drop and low power loss. The SS20KH170 Schottky barrier rectifiers provide guarding for overvoltage protection and meet MSL level 1 per J-STD-020 with a 260°C LF maximum peak. These rectifiers feature 170V maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage, 20A maximum DC forward current, 235pF typical junction capacitance, and a -40°C to 175°C operating temperature range. The SS20KH170 rectifiers are compliant with RoHS, halogen-free, and AEC-Q101 qualified. These rectifiers support a single current configuration and a UL 94 V-0 flammability rating in a FlatPAK 5 x 6 package. The SS20KH170 Schottky barrier rectifiers are ideal for low-voltage, high-frequency DC/DC converters, freewheeling diodes, and polarity protection applications.
