Vishay Semiconductors S07x-M Standard Recovery High Voltage Rectifiers
Vishay Semiconductor S07x-M Standard Recovery High Voltage Rectifiers are glass-passivated surface-mount rectifiers with a maximum repetitive peak voltage between 100V and 1000V. The maximum average forward rectified current is 1.5A (TL = +110°C) and the peak forward surge current is 25A (TL = 25°C). The Vishay Semiconductor S07x-M comes in a low-profile package (DO-219AB) and is compatible with the SOD-123W package case outline or the SOD-123F and SOD-123FL packages. This package makes the rectifiers ideal for automated placement.
