Toshiba TLP3640A MOSFET Output Photocouplers Photorelay

Toshiba TLP3640A MOSFET Output Photocouplers Photorelay comprises an infrared LED optically coupled to a photo-MOSFET in a SO-4 package. This photorelay has a higher output current rating than a phototransistor-type photocoupler. This feature makes the Toshiba TLP3640A suitable as an on/off control for high current.
