Toshiba TLP2703 Photocouplers

Toshiba TLP2703 Photocouplers consist of a GaAlAs infrared light-emitting diode and an integrated high-speed photodiode transistor. Housed in a 6-pin SO6L package, they are 50% smaller than photocouplers using an 8-pin DIP package. Toshiba TLP2703 Photocouplers guarantee an isolation voltage of 5kVrms and are compliant with international safety standards for reinforced insulation. These devices provide a current transfer ratio of 900% (@ IF=0.5mA) minimum over -40°C to +125°C. This makes them ideal for applications that require low input current and high-speed data transmission.
