Toshiba TCR3RM Low Noise LDO Regulators

Toshiba TCR3RM Low Noise Low Dropout (LDO) Regulators achieve industry-leading ripple rejection and ultra-low output voltage noise. It is ideal for supplying power to sensitive ICs, chipsets, and other components that require stable supply. The TCR3RM has output voltages from 0.9V to 4.5V, covering the most popular voltage ranges. The TCR3RM LDO Regulators also feature a high 100dB (typical) Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR). This feature enables the device to stabilize high-frequency noise from external environments or DC-DC converters and can cause malfunctions. Intrinsic output voltage noise has been minimized to just 5μVRMS, and the dropout voltage is just 130mV (typical) at a 2.8V, 300mA output.

The TCR3RM also has extremely low quiescent current and low passive current consumption (7μA at IOUT = 0mA). This feature allows for longer operating times in battery-driven devices while supplying power to sensitive ICs and other components.

These Toshiba TCR3RM LDO Regulators are packaged in a low-profile 1.0mm x 1.0mm x 0.38mm DFN4C package, which allows for high-density designs in mobile consumer-type products.
