Toshiba DCL54x01 Quad Channel Digital Isolators

Toshiba DCL54x01 Quad Channel Digital Isolators are high-speed components utilizing Toshiba's CMOS technology and a magnetic coupling structure to deliver outstanding performance. These digital isolators operate in a -40°C to +110°C ambient temperature range and wide supply voltage of 2.25V to 5.5V. These 16-pin wide-body SOIC packaged devices feature a 5000VRMS isolation voltage, 50Ω typical output impedance, and a data rate of up to 150Mbps. The DCL54x01 quad channel digital isolators are suitable for multi-channel high-speed communications applications such as I/O interfaces with SPI communications.
