Texas Instruments TXS0104E/TXS0104E-Q1 Voltage-Level Translator

Texas Instruments TXS0104E/TXS0104E-Q1 Bidirectional Voltage-Level Translator is a 4-bit noninverting translator that uses two separate configurable power-supply rails. The  TXS0104E does not need a direction-control signal. This voltage-level translator features maximum data rates of 24Mbps (push-pull) and 2Mbps (open-drain). The Texas Instruments TXS0104E/TXS0104E-Q1 accepts any supply voltage from 1.65V to 3.5V on the A port and 2.3V to 5.5V on the B port. The TXS0104E-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
