Texas Instruments TPS653860/61-Q1 Power Management ICs
Texas Instruments TPS653860/61-Q1 Power Management ICs (PMICs) are multi-rail power supplies designed to supply microcontrollers, sensors, transceivers, and peripherals in safety-relevant applications. These devices feature a 5V to 36V input voltage range for initial power up and 3.5V to 36V full functionality after initial power up, with limited operation to 2.3V. The TPS653860/61-Q1 PMICs incorporate a 64µs to 203.6 days timer (low IQ) for wake-up and measurement and two configurable wake-up pins (WAKEx) and SPI for configuration. These devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. The TPS653860/61-Q1 PMICs are ideal for safety-relevant automotive devices and are available in a 48-pin HTSSOP PowerPAD™ IC package. The TPS653860/61-Q1 PMICs include configurable power-up and down sequences, output rails, external voltage monitors, and external enable signals. The monitoring and protection features include undervoltage, overvoltage, two external voltage monitors, an Error Signal Monitor (ESM), CRC on Non-Volatile Memory (NVM), and a clock monitor.
