Texas Instruments SN74HCS05/SN74HCS05-Q1 Hex Inverters
Texas Instruments SN74HCS05/SN74HCS05-Q1 Hex Inverters contain six independent inverters with open-drain outputs and Schmitt-trigger inputs. Each gate performs the Boolean function Y = A in positive logic. The Texas Instruments SN74HCS05-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
