Texas Instruments HCXX-BASE-EVM Evaluation Module
Texas Instruments HCXX-BASE-EVM Evaluation Module is designed to evaluate the performance and functionality of the TPSxHCxx high-side switches. The module is fully equipped to test the TPSxHCxx series, including the TPS2HC08-Q1, TPS2HC16-Q1, TPS1HC08-Q1, TPS1HC03-Q1, and TPS1HC04-Q1 to facilitate device integration into various power system applications. The strategy for the TI HCXX-BASE-EVM is to have a module (daughter card) and a base station (motherboard). The first module in the series is the 2HC08-MOD-EVM. The HCXX-BASE-EVM is developed to be used with an attached voltage supply and output load.
The HCXX-BASE-EVM offers protection features such as overcurrent, short-to-ground, open-load, and short-to-battery detection, which are enabled for use on the evaluation module.
