Texas Instruments CD74AC174 Hex D-Type Flip-Flops are positive-edge-triggered D-type flip-flops with a direct clear (CLR) input designed for 1.5V to 5.5V VCC operation. These devices have buffered inputs and balanced propagation delays. Texas Instruments CD74AC174 devices are available in WQFN-16, SOIC-16, PDIP-16, and TSSOP-16 package options.

  • AC types feature 1.5V to 5.5V operation and balanced noise immunity at 30% of the supply voltage
  • It contains six flip-flops with single-rail outputs
