Texas Instruments BUF634A 36V High-Speed Buffers
Texas Instruments BUF634A 36V High-Speed Buffers offer high performance, high fidelity, and an open-loop, capable of driving 250mA of output current. The 36V BUF634A features an adjustable bandwidth of 35MHz to 210MHz, achieved by varying the value of an external resistor between the V– and BW pins. The TI BUF634A Buffer can be used as a standalone open-loop driver or inside the feedback loop of a precision op-amp, providing both high-precision and large output current drive with improved capacitive load drive. The BUF634A operates on a 1.5mA quiescent current with a 250mA output, 3750V/µs slew rate, and 35MHz bandwidth, making it ideal for low-power applications. Additionally, the device consumes 8.5mA quiescent current in wide-bandwidth mode with a 210MHz bandwidth. The rugged and easy-to-use BUF634A is fully protected by an internal current limit in its output stage and thermal shutdown.
The BUF634A High-Speed Buffers are rated to function over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and are available in three packages (D (SOIC), DRB (VSON), and DDA (HSOIC)). The DRB (VSON) and DDA (HSOIC) packages provide excellent thermal performance, resulting from the thermal pad on the bottom side. The DRB package has a tiny form factor of 3.0mm x 3.0mm, making the device suitable for portable and size-constrained applications.
