STMicroelectronics STM32WBA6 Wireless Microcontrollers

STMicroelectronics STM32WBA6 Wireless Microcontrollers offer performance, efficiency, and flexibility. The ultra-low-power devices integrate a powerful radio compliant with BLUETOOTH® LE and IEEE 802.15.4-2015. The MCUs feature a high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M33 32-bit RISC core and operate at a frequency of up to 100MHz.

The STMicroelectronics STM32WBA6 Wireless Microcontrollers integrate a 2.4GHz RADIO supporting Bluetooth LE, Matter, Thread, and Zigbee®, making it suitable for proprietary protocols and concurrent operation modes. The MCUs supply support for an array of up to eight antennas and an external power amplifier. A PTA (packet traffic arbitration) interface is supported as well.

The devices operate in temperature ranges of -40°C to 85°C (105°C junction) and -40°C to 105°C (125°C junction) from a 1.71V to 3.6V power supply. A comprehensive set of power-saving modes enables the design of low-power applications. The devices offer four packages, from 48- to 121-pins, with or without SMPS.
