STMicroelectronics STM32G0x1 Mainstream Microcontrollers are part of the efficient STM32G0 Series, embedding up to 64kbytes Flash and 18Kbytes RAM from packages as small as 20-pin and up to 48-pin.
The STM32G0x1 MCUs feature a higher performance in analog, low-power operations or more control on secure transactions, such as IoT applications, home entertainment products, appliances, and industrial equipment. The STM STM32G0x1 MCUs support advanced analog functions such as two DAC-12bit and two fast comparators.
The devices offer a higher temperature range up to 125°C and a broad set of package types, including WLCSP, UFBGA, TSSOP, SON, LQFP, and UFQFPN packages.
