Richtek RT9069 Low Dropout Voltage Linear Regulator

Richtek RT9069 Low Dropout Voltage Linear Regulator offers an enable function with the benefits of high input voltage, low-dropout voltage, low-power consumption, and miniaturized packaging. The device has a low quiescent current of 2µA, and a zero disable current is excellent for powering the battery equipment to a longer service life. The Richtek RT9069 is stable with the ceramic output capacitor over its wide input range from 3.5V to 36V and the entire range of output load current.
