Renesas Electronics RRM12120 Digital BGA-POP Power Module offers high efficiency in a small form factor for high current applications. The RRM12120 20A, 12V single-channel digital PMBus step-down power module integrates all required power conversion silicon with the output inductor. The high efficiency and accurate output voltage (+/-0.7%) of the device allow for best-in-class performance.
The Renesas RRM12120 provides an Extremely small footprint size of 10.0mm x 13.0mm x 5.9mm in a BGA package.
