Renesas Electronics RA6 Family Arm® Cortex® Microcontrollers deliver a comprehensive integration of communication interfaces at a high-performance level. The RA6 MCUs provide up to 200MHz of CPU performance using an Arm Cortex-M4 or M33 core and a memory range from 256KB to 2MB Flash.

The Renesas RA6 Family Arm Cortex Microcontrollers feature Ethernet, USB Full Speed, High Speed, QSPI, OctaSPI, CAN/CAN FD, and TFT display driver integration. The RA6 is excellent for higher-level solutions with secure element services, utilizing the embedded Secure Crypto Engine. The RA6 Series is ideal for a broad range of applications for IoT endpoints such as white goods, meters, and other industrial and consumer applications.
