Renesas Electronics RA0E3 General-Purpose Microcontrollers
Renesas Electronics RA0E3 General Purpose Microcontrollers are part of the entry-level, low-end RA0 series. The RA0E3 integrates an Arm® Cortex®-M23 core with low power and peripherals optimized for BOM cost reduction and a simple design. The RA0E3 MCUs support 16KB of code flash, 2KB of SRAM, a wide 1.6V to 5.5V operating voltage range, and a wide -40°C to +125°C operating temperature range.
The Renesas Electronics RA0E3 General Purpose Microcontrollers are ideal for applications requiring a low pin count. The RA0E3 MCUs are pin-compatible with RA0E1 (64kB ROM) and RA0E2 (64kB ROM) MCUs, providing users with design scalability across the RA0 series.
