RAMXEED MB85RQx Quad SPI-Compatible FeRAMs

RAMXEED MB85RQx Quad SPI-Compatible FeRAMs support 108MHz operating frequency, and can transfer data at a high speed of 54MB/s. These FeRAMs are available in configurations of 1048576 words x 8 bits (MB85RQ8MX and MB85RQ8MLX) and 524288 words x 8 bits (MB85RQ4ML). The MB85RQx quad SPI-compatible FeRAMs support the Quad Serial Peripheral Interface (QSPI), enabling high-bandwidth read and write at 54MB/s using four bi-directional pins (Quad I/O). These FeRAMs can retain data without a backup battery, unlike SRAM. The MB85RQx FeRAMs provide significant improvement over the number of read and write operations supported by flash memory and E2PROM. These FeRAMs are RoHS-compliant and are available in SOP-16 packages. Typical applications include networking, gaming, industrial computing, cameras, and RAID controllers.
