Quectel SRG091X Short-Range Modules

Quectel SRG091X Short-Range Modules feature NXP’s IoT chip MIMX9131CVVXJAB and integrate a high-performance Arm® Cortex®-A55 CPU core. These modules offer a maximum operating frequency of up to 1.4GHz with embedded 1GByte LPDDR4, 8GByte eMMC, Wi-Fi 6, and BLUETOOTH® 5.4, and 802.15.4 (Thread/ Zigbee®). The SRG091X short-range modules are equipped with a programmable image sensor interface supporting resolutions up to 2K. These modules support a set of peripheral interfaces, including an RGB interface for LCD, Ethernet ports, SPI, UARTs, I2C, I3C, USB 2.0, CAN-FD, ADC, and SPDIF. The SRG091X modules can run deep learning algorithms to meet the demands of smart terminals and industrial edge devices. Typical applications include industrial HMIs, gateways, scanners, printers, energy meters, EV charging stations, smart speakers, POS systems, smart doorbells, and smart locks.
