Qorvo QPB3810 GaN Power Amplifiers are ideal for m-MIMO applications, delivering 8W RMS output. The Qorvo QPB3810 amplifiers feature an integrated bias controller programmed for optimal performance, including temperature sensing and bias adjustment, along with a fast TDD switching enable pin. Housed in a 12mm x 8mm SMT package, the devices offer a significantly smaller footprint than traditional discrete component solutions, with minimal external circuitry needed.
