onsemi NV250x0LV Low Voltage Automotive Serial EEPROMs

onsemi NV250x0LV Low Voltage Automotive Grade 1 Serial EEPROMs are EEPROM Serial 1Kb, 2Kb, and 4Kb SPI devices internally organized as 128x8, 256x8, and 512x8 bits. The onsemi NV250x0LV components feature a 16-byte page write buffer and support the Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) protocol. NV250x0LV EEPROMs offer software and hardware write protection, including partial and full array protection. An additional Identification Page can be permanently write-protected. These protections make the components reliable for storing critical calibration and configuration data in automotive systems.

These EEPROMs operate at a low voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V, ideal for modern low-power automotive applications. Other key features include a high endurance of one million write cycles per byte, data retention of up to 200 years, and an extended operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C.
