
onsemi NCD57084 & NCV57084 Isolated IGBT Gate Drivers
onsemi NCD57084 and NCV57084 Isolated IGBT (Insulated-Gate Bipolar Transistor) Gate Drivers feature 2.5kVrms internal galvanic isolation and DESAT short circuit protection with soft turn off and fault reporting. The NCD57084 and NCV57084 are designed for high system efficiency and reliability in high-power applications. These devices accommodate a wide range of input bias voltage and signal levels from 3.3V to 20.0V and a wide range of output bias voltage up to 30.0V. The NCD57084 and NCV57084 also include undervoltage-lockout (UVLO) and high transient and electromagnetic immunity.The onsemi NCD57084 and NCV57084 Isolated IGBT Gate Drivers are offered in a compact SOIC-8 package ideal for space-constrained applications. The NCV57084 variant of this device is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
