onsemi MC74VHC08 Logic Gates

onsemi MC74VHC08 Logic Gates are high-speed CMOS quad 2-input AND gates fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. These devices' internal circuit is composed of three stages, including a buffer output which provides high noise immunity and stable output. The MC74VHC08 logic gates achieve high-speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining CMOS low power dissipation. These gates can be used as a level converter for interfacing 3.3V to 5V because the device has a full 5V CMOS level output swing. The MC74VHC08 logic gates operate at a 2VDC to 5.5VDC supply voltage. These devices are Pb-free, halogen-free/BFR-free, and RoHS-compliant. The MC74VHC08 logic gates are used in portable electronics, industrial automation, automotive electronics, and renewable energy systems.
