onsemi NCx2008x Operational Amplifiers
onsemi NCx2008x Operational Amplifiers offer rail-to-rail input and output operation, 1.2MHz bandwidth, and are available in single, dual, and quad configurations. The rail-to-rail operation allows the use of the entire supply voltage range while taking advantage of the 1.2MHz bandwidth.
onsemi NCx2008x Op Amps operate on supply voltages from 1.8V to 5.5V over a temperature range from -40°C to +125°C. At a 1.8V supply, the NCx2008x Amps have a slew rate of 0.4V/s while consuming 42µA of quiescent current per channel. The NCx2008x is a CMOS device providing high input impedance and low bias currents. This makes the devices ideal for interfacing with a wide variety of signal sensors. The NCx2008x devices are available in a variety of compact packages.
