Nisshinbo R3119 36V Input Voltage Detectors
Nisshinbo R3119 36V Input Voltage Detectors are CMOS-based input voltage detector ICs designed to detect up to 12V without a divider resistor, making the devices ideal for digital home appliances. The R3119 series is offered in a variant with a CD pin for setting output delay and a variant with a SENSE pin. The R3119 modules provide a 3.3μA supply current and a fixed detector threshold, which can be set with a 0.1V step across a 2.3V to 12.0V range. The devices feature a 1.5% detector threshold accuracy, and the output type is N-channel, open-drain type. Nisshinbo R3119 36V Input Voltage Detectors are available in halogen-free, RoHS-compliant SOT-23-5 and DFN(PLP)1820-6 packages. Suitable applications include consumer, industrial, and automotive.Features
