Nisshinbo NJM43x Adjustable Precision Shunt Regulators feature output voltage that two resistors may set to any value between 2.5V and 36V. These regulators offer improved voltage accuracy and precision voltage reference. Nisshinbo NJM43x shunt regulators are available in SOT-89-3 and SOT-23-5 small packages.
