Micro Commercial Components (MCC) MCB2D and MCU2D 40V N-channel MOSFETs leverage Split-Gate Trench (SGT) technology and full AEC-Q101 qualification in compact packages. These MOSFETs feature a high-density cell design with 2.8mΩ low on-resistance, ensuring efficient power management in a diverse range of automotive systems. The MCB2D and MCU2D MOSFETs come in DPAK and D2PAK high-power density packages for a seamless upgrade path with minimal changes for integration into current designs. In addition to outstanding performance in harsh conditions, these components can operate at junction temperatures of up to 175°C. The MCB2D and MCU2D MOSFETs are designed to deliver exceptional reliability for demanding automotive applications.
