Littelfuse TP1.5KE 1500W TVS Diodes
Littelfuse TP1.5KE 1500W Transient Voltage Suppression (TVS) Diodes are AEC-Q101 automotive-grade devices designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. TP1.5KE TVS diodes feature 1500W peak pulse capability at 10/1000μs waveform and offer 1.0ps fast response time from 0V to BV minimum.
This Littelfuse TVS diode series provides a -55 to +150°C operating junction temperature range. TP1.5KE is ideal for protecting I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other vulnerable circuits in telecommunications, computer, industrial, and consumer electronic applications.
The antennas feature poly-flexible, double-sided adhesive tape on the antenna to enable easy peel-and-stick mounting anywhere within the device casing.
