These diodes feature fast, temperature-independent switching behavior, excellent surge capability, and dramatically reduced switching losses compared to Si bipolar diodes. Littelfuse LSIC2SD170Bx SiC Schottky Barrier Diodes come in a TO247-2L package and are ideal for solar inverters, uninterruptible power supplies, battery chargers, and switch-mode power supplies.
