Linear Integrated Systems SST500 Current Regulating Diodes
Linear Integrated Systems SST500 Series Current Regulating Diodes directly replace the Siliconix-Vishay SST500 Series. These diodes are ideal for current-limiting and constant-current in test instrumentation and medical applications. Available in the SOT-23 3L RoHS-compatible package (as well as bare die), the SST500 components offer a wide 0.19mA to 5.6mA current range in an extended -55°C to +150°C junction operating temperature range.
