Inolux IN-PIS63BTP LEDs with Integrated IC

Inolux IN-PIS63BTP LEDs with Integrated IC feature 800kbps data transfer frequency. These LEDs provide single-line data transmission (return to zero code) and specific shaping transmit technology. The IN-PIS63BTP LEDs incorporate a built-in power supply that reverse connects a protection module, and the reversed power input will not damage the IC. Typical applications include LED color modules, LED guardrail tubes, LED scene lighting, LED point lights, LED pixel screens, LED-shaped screens, IoT, wearables, and smart home.

Features

  • 0603 with integrated LED driver IC 
  • Data transfer frequency can reach 800kbps. When there are 1024 LEDs in a single string, the refresh rate can reach 30 frames per second
  • Single line data transmission (return to zero code)
  • Specific shaping transmit technology - the number of LED stacked is not restricted
  • Capacitor between Vdd and GND is not needed
  • Built-in power supply reverse connects protection module, reversed power input will not damage the IC
