Infineon Technologies REF_COOLANTPUMP150W Reference Design can drive 12V BLDC motors with a nominal power of 150W. The Infineon Technologies REF_COOLANTPUMP150W is a reference for EMC, component optimization, and thermally optimized PCB design. The design offers an easy start for prototyping and is equipped with Infineon MOSFETs and MOTIX™ MCU with CAN-FD.
