Infineon Technologies BTS452R Smart High-Side Power Switches
Infineon Technologies BTS452R Smart High-Side Power Switches are N-channel vertical power FETs with a charge pump. The BTS452R Switches feature a ground-referenced CMOS compatible input and are monolithically integrated with Smart SIPMOS® technology. The Infineon BTS452R Smart High-Side Power Switches offer many embedded protective functions.
