Comchip Technology ACPDQC5V0SC-HF ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) Protection Diode provides a bi-directional IEC61000-4-2 Level 4 ESD protection in a compact 0402C/SOD-923F package. The ACPDQC5V0SC-HF features a peak pulse power of 36W, a reverse stand-off voltage of 5V, and a reverse leakage current of 100nA. This ESD diode conforms to JEDEC standards and is compatible with standard pick-and-place equipment.
