Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated IC MAX1104x Bipolar ADCs

Analog Devices MAX11044, MAX11045, and MAX11046 are single-supply bipolar ADCs with high-impedance input. These converters offer 4, 6, or 8 independent input channels, feature independent track and hold and SAR circuitry, and provide simultaneous sampling at 250ksps for each channel. The MAX11044, MAX11045, and MAX11046 accept a ±5V input with all inputs overrange protected with internal ±20mA input clamps providing overrange protection with a simple external resistor. The Analog Devices 1104x ADC series operates with a 4.75V to 5.25V analog supply and a separate flexible 2.7V to 5.25V digital supply for interfacing with the host without a level shifter.
