Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated MAX17651 Linear Regulator
Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated MAX17651 Linear Regulator features 8μA ultra-low quiescent current, 4V to 60V input voltage, and up to 100mA load current. This regulator includes a 0.6V to 58V adjustable output voltage range and a 560mV low dropout voltage range at 100mA. The MAX17651 linear regulator provides overload protection, overtemperature protection, and thermal shutdown. This device incorporates an Enable pin (EN) to turn the part on or off and a PGOOD pin to monitor the built-in output voltage. The MAX17651 linear regulator is available in a 6-lead, compact TSOT and a 6-pin (3mm x 3mm) TDFN package and operates within the -40°C to 125°C industrial temperature range. Typical applications include low-current industrial power supplies, battery-powered equipment, post regulators for switching power supplies, utility meters, and remote sensors.Features
