Analog Devices Inc. DC3107A Evaluation Board

Analog Devices Inc. DC3107A Evaluation Board is designed to evaluate the performance of the LTM4640 micromodule regulator. The LTM4640 regulator supports a 0.6V to 3.3V output voltage range, set by a single external resistor. This regulator is pin-compatible with LTM4626, LTM4638, and LTM4657 regulators. The LTM4640 regulator is available in a thermally enhanced 6.25mm x 6.25mm x 5.17mm BGA package. The DC3107A evaluation board features differential remote sensing and external frequency synchronization. This board is ideal for medical diagnostic equipment, debug systems, networking, and industrial equipment applications.
